SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGES 


Q: “HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING WILL I RECEIVE MY PART?” 
We aims to provide parts to customers with a quick turnaround time. Unpainted parts typically take under 1 week to 
ship out. Painted parts typically ship out within 1-2 weeks. 


Q: “WILL YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS OUT?” 
Yes, our shipping department will send you a tracking link via email once your order ships out. 
 
Q: “CAN I PICK MY PART UP INSTEAD OF HAVING IT SHIPPED?” 
Brothers Auto Supplies is located at 210 Goodlettsville TN 37072 USA. If you are located close by, we offer local pick up. 
Local pick up is free of charge. We will notify you via email once your order is ready for pick up! 
 
Q: “AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER ON TIME?” 
If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 3-4 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive. 
 
Q: “WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?” 
Our cancellation policy is dependent on where your order is in production. 
 
 
• If production has not started on your order, the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. 
• If production started on your order but it has not been shipped, the order can be cancelled. However, we cannot 
include the paint charge in your refund. 
• If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. 
• If there is an issue with your order. Please fill out an orders issue form at the bottom of the page.

Q: “DO THE PARTS HAVE CLEAR COAT APPLIED TO THEM?” 
Yes, We applies two layers of clear coat to every painted part. Clear coat not only gives the part a glossy finish, but it 
also protects the part from UV rays, environmental factors, and any other harmful contaminants. 
 
Q: “WHAT ARE BROTHERS AUTO SUPPLIES GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES?” 
With years of experience in the painted automotive parts industry, we guarantee a 97% - 99% paint color match. 
Additionally, we offer a lifetime paint warranty against peeling, cracking, or fading.

Yes! Brothers Auto Supplies sells aftermarket parts. The aftermarket parts that Brothers Auto Supplies sells are 
guaranteed the same quality, fitment, durability, and finish as OEM parts.

Q: “CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?” 
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your 
order has been delivered. 


Q: “HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?” 
To add an item to your cart, select ADD TO CART on the product page. After you finish shopping, review all items in your 
shopping cart to verify the correct size, and quantity, and fitment. When you are ready to order, select the CHECKOUT 
button located in your shopping cart. Enter a Shipping Address. Select your method of PAYMENT.
